My Nikah Sakinah is a matrimonial platform where singles meet and connect with the intention of finding a spouse.
We provide the platform and tools that allow members to create profiles, discover other members, send connection requests, communicate and voluntarily exchange contact information.

My Nikah Sakinah does not conduct background checks on members and does not independently verify their identity, marital status, age, education, employment, financial position, religious practice, personal history, character, intentions or suitability as a spouse. Email and Safaricom SMS verification only confirms access to the relevant contact detail and should not be interpreted as a background or character check.

Members are solely responsible for the information they provide on their profiles and for verifying information provided by other members. You should not rely solely on information contained in another member's profile when making decisions about a relationship or marriage.

My Nikah Sakinah does not automatically match or select spouses for members. Members independently browse profiles and decide whom they wish to connect with. A connection, accepted request, exchanged telephone number or conversation does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation or guarantee by My Nikah Sakinah.

We do not guarantee that any member is genuine, truthful, available for marriage, compatible with you, acting in good faith or suitable for you. We do not guarantee that a connection will result in communication, a relationship, engagement or marriage.

Members are responsible for exercising their own judgment and conducting appropriate due diligence before sharing personal information, sending money, meeting another member, entering into a relationship, or proceeding with an engagement or marriage.

My Nikah Sakinah strongly advises members never to send money or provide passwords, banking details, financial information, identification documents or other sensitive information to another member without independently verifying the circumstances.

Once members voluntarily exchange contact information, communicate outside the platform, meet in person, enter into a relationship, or otherwise deal with one another, those interactions are between the members concerned. My Nikah Sakinah is not a party to those personal dealings and cannot control conduct that occurs outside the platform.

The membership connection guarantee applies only to the number of accepted connections specified for the membership package selected. It is not a guarantee of marriage, compatibility, communication, engagement or any other personal outcome. Where the applicable connection guarantee is not achieved, the remedy is the free membership renewal described in our Terms & Conditions and is not a cash refund.

My Nikah Sakinah may take reasonable action against accounts or content that violate our Terms & Conditions, but we cannot guarantee that all inappropriate, fraudulent, misleading or unlawful conduct will be identified or prevented.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, My Nikah Sakinah shall not be responsible for personal decisions, relationships, meetings, financial transactions, disputes, injuries, losses, damages or other consequences arising from interactions between members or from conduct occurring outside the platform.

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits any liability or legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

By using My Nikah Sakinah, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these limitations and that you are responsible for your own decisions, safety and due diligence when interacting with other members.
